This is a painting of my sisters seeing eye dog, Schotzie...I really struggled with this one and I am not really happy with the way it turned out, but I think when you are learning to paint you get to a point with a certain piece that you know it's time to stop and move on to the next one...I am happy that I worked through some challenges along the way that I think were resolved, it's just something about his expression that is bugging me...the eyes I think...On to the next one, maybe a dachshund this time....Saturday, February 10, 2007
Schotzie
